StarChild Interventions in California is seeking an Experienced Flexible Spanish Speaking RBT ABA Therapist for Anaheim/South Orange County. The role offers in-home, school, or community sessions with mileage reimbursement and part-time hours.

You will be trained with supervision and must obtain RBT certification within 90 days, with a company-sponsored raise upon completion. Guaranteed hours and benefits are included.

Formación

Lake Forest, CA | $24 – $26 an hour | Part-time

Monday: 3:30-5:30 pm (92694), 6-8 pm (92630)

Tuesday: 3:30-5:30 pm (92694)

Thursday: 3:30-5:30 pm (92675), 6-8 pm (92630)

Friday: 3:30-5:30 pm (92675), 6-8 pm (92630)

Schedule B

Monday: 4:30-7:30 pm (92675)

Tuesday: 4:30-7:30 pm (92675)

Thursday: 3-7 pm (92653) OR 3-6:30 pm (92673)

Friday: 3-7 pm (92653) OR 3-6:30 pm (92673)

All sessions are conducted in the learner’s home, school or out in the community. Mileage is reimbursed. This position requires obtaining your RBT Certification through the company within 90 days. You will also receive a $2 raise once certification is achieved.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Spanish speaking a plus
• 1 yr Volunteer or work experience with children on the Autism Spectrum

• Must enjoy and care about our clients
• Must be comfortable with challenging/aggressive behaviors
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Reliable transportation required as sessions are conducted in-home, school or public location for socialization
