StarChild Interventions is seeking a Experienced Flexible Spanish Speaking ABA Therapist for Palmdale/Lancaster. Sessions are conducted in learner's home, school, or community locations, with mileage reimbursement.

We offer guaranteed hours and a supportive supervisory structure with training provided. Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish, with at least 1 year of experience with children on the autism spectrum, and a commitment to compassionate, data-driven behavioral support.

Experienced Flexible Spanish Speaking ABA Therapist – Palmdale/Lancaster

We are looking for individuals who prefer flexibility over their daily schedule and yet still want to be a part of a collaborative team. We are seeking an energetic and fun ABA Behavioral Therapist to take on cases in our Palmdale/Lancaster area. Looking for availability to fill either of the below schedules M-S. All sessions are conducted in the learner’s home, school or out in the community. Mileage is reimbursed.

• 1- AV BT – 21 hours
• Monday: 3-5:30 pm (92536), 6-8 pm (93536)
• Tuesday: 3:30-5:30 pm (93543), 6-8 pm (93536)
• Thursday: 3-5 pm (93535), 6-8 pm (93536)
• Friday: 3-5 pm (93535), 6-8 pm (93536)

Job Description

• Teach critical skills to students on a one-on-one basis using behavior analysis (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Spanish speaking
• 1 yr Volunteer or work experience with children on the Autism Spectrum
• Detail oriented
• Openess to feedback
• Dependable/reliable/professional
• Must enjoy and care about our clients
• Must be comfortable with challenging/aggressive behaviors
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• CPR/First Aid certification, or be willing to obtain
• Reliable transportation required as sessions are conducted in-home, school or public location for socialization
