Grace Connections ABA in Orange County, CA, seeks a Behavior Technician (RBT) to conduct 1:1 ABA sessions at in-home settings and in the community. Flexible afternoon hours support work–life balance, and you will be paired with steady clients under supervision of a BCBA.

The role emphasizes assent-based ABA, patient interactions, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Mileage reimbursement and drive time are provided for client visits.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred; willing to become certified.
• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with children, especially autism; classroom, camp, caregiving and professional experience all count.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Patient, playful, and a real liking for kids.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions with children at home and in the community, following the BCBA plan written.
• Collect session data and write accurate notes.
• Help parents carry strategies over between sessions.
• Meet regularly with your supervising BCBA.

Grace Connections ABA is a small, clinician-led pediatric practice in Orange County. We work with children in their homes, and we want every family and every person on our team to be known by name.

Our belief

We practice assent-based ABA. Connection before compliance. When a child tells us no, stop, or break, in words or through behavior, we listen. If that's how you want to work with kids, you'll fit here.

Pay

$23-$28 per hour, depending on your certification and experience.

You're paid for drive time between clients, and mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate.

Schedule
