Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs.
  2. Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning.

  5. Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial services, investment advising, or insurance
  2. Active licenses preferred:
  3. Life & Health Insurance License
  4. FINRA Series 6/7 and Series 65 or 66 (or willingness to obtain — sponsorship available)
  5. Demonstrated success in:
  6. Client acquisition and retention
  7. Financial planning or investment strategy development
  8. Building and maintaining a book of business
  9. Strong personal/professional network with business development capability
  10. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and lead a team or practice
  11. High-level communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills
  12. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  13. Tech-savvy — comfortable using virtual meeting tools, CRM platforms, and planning software
  14. Committed to high ethical standards and client-first principles
  15. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
