Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 are required.
• Experience in financial services with clients or prospects.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• CFP designation or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ / CRPC™ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to develop the branch business plan and improve results.
• Maintain training and licensure in good standing.
