Qualifications

• Licenses Series 7 and Series 66 are required.
• Experience in financial services with clients and investment products.
• State insurance licenses preferred; CFP/CRP/CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs and priorities to develop personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to implement the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging environment in the branch with trust and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
• Operate from a firm-provided branch office in the community.
• Provide client support to lighten the load so you can focus on clients.
• Leverage a broad support network from client support to home office.
