Position Summary
Fisher’s Technology is seeking a qualified individual for the Field Service Technician position. This role involves maintaining and repairing equipment in the field and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales efforts and maintaining effective communication between customers, the Contact Center, and the Service Department.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Provide maintenance and repairs for Fisher’s office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.), either on-site at customer locations or at our facility.
2. Deliver exceptional product and service support, as reflected by high First Call Efficiency percentages.
3. Support the Sales Team by communicating about customer accounts and engaging with the Tip Lead program.
4. Use parts and time efficiently, manage inventory to meet standards set by the Service Manager.
5. Maintain all assigned equipment, vehicles, tools, and property in acceptable condition, as verified by the Field Service Supervisor.
6. Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for customer databases, e-Automate, and other systems.
7. Maintain a professional appearance and manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
8. Encourage customer feedback and participation in surveys post-service.
9. Assist with special installations, setups, or projects as directed by Service Management.
10. Report technical or customer issues directly to Service Management.
11. Complete all required and voluntary training aligned with career development and personal goals.

Job Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in the Copier Service Industry.

• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
