Qualifications

• Proficiency in covert surveillance techniques and documenting evidence.
• Active Private Investigator license or willingness to obtain one where required by state.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle with typical equipment.
• Handheld camcorder and covert camera devices; stabilization gear encouraged.
• Reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surveillance by reviewing case information and reports.
• Perform covert surveillance from vehicle and capture high-quality video evidence.
• Draft detailed, court-ready investigative reports summarizing activity and findings.
• Finalize case file by submitting reports and uploading footage.
• Coordinate with field supervisor and operations for guidance and mentorship.
