Job summary

Ethos Risk Services seeks an Experienced Field Investigator to conduct surveillance and identify potentially fraudulent insurance claims. You will perform stationary and mobile surveillance, collect video and photo evidence, and prepare detailed client reports.

Responsibilities include case prep, field surveillance, report writing, and documenting the case file with footage via a laptop. This independent role involves travel within reach of residence and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven covert surveillance techniques and high-quality video capture.
• Ability to prepare thorough investigative reports.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Own vehicle, reliable and well-maintained (prefer tinted windows).
• Access to handheld camcorder and covert camera device.
• Reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet.
• Active Private Investigator license or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surveillance assignments by reviewing case information.
• Perform field surveillance and capture high-quality video evidence.
• Draft court-ready investigative reports.
• Finalize case files and upload footage.
• Communicate with field supervisor and operations teams.
