The role involves drafting pleadings and filings, eFileMA/MassCourts submissions, calendar and deadline management, and regular communication with clients and court personnel. Experience with MyCase and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of family law and probate/paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts Probate & Family Court procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, discovery, financial statements, and court filings.
• File matters through eFileMA/MassCourts.
• Manage deadlines, calendars, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Conduct legal research and support probate/family law litigation.
