Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience (family law experience preferred).
• Strong legal writer and persuasive advocate.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Exhibits sound judgment and professionalism.
• Possesses strong organizational and case-management skills.
• Motivated to develop into an outstanding family law attorney.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload with attorney support and mentorship.
• Meet directly with clients and develop case strategy.
• Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Review and organize financial, business, and evidentiary records.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation.
• Conduct depositions and witness preparation.
• Attend hearings, settlement conferences, and trials.
