Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Pennsylvania Bar status.
• Minimum of 3 years experience specifically in Divorce / Family law.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with strict deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the minimum billable hour requirement.
• Provide compassionate legal services to clients in family law matters, including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, step-parent adoptions; includes Name Changes and Estate Planning.
• Draft legal pleadings and documents; research local rules and case law.
• Represent clients in Court for conferences, hearings and trials.
• Timely respond to all client calls and emails within the Firm’s Engagement Letter.
• Oversee the timeline and presentation of service of discovery and preparation of discovery responses.
• Exhibit professionalism and ethical integrity.
