Collins Family & Elder Law Group is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing Greenville office. This is an opportunity for an established attorney who is ready to handle sophisticated family law matters while practicing with the resources and support of a well-established firm.

Our attorneys handle meaningful, often complex cases involving divorce, equitable distribution, custody, support, and related family law matters. We are looking for an attorney who is confident managing cases from initial strategy through resolution, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation when necessary.

The right candidate will have strong family law experience, sound judgment, excellent client-management skills, and the ability to independently move cases forward.
