Responsibilities
- Lead family law cases from intake to resolution.
- Develop strategic case approaches through research and analysis.
- Advocate for clients in court and negotiations.
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and court documents.
- Explain complex legal issues and support clients throughout their case.
- Advocate for clients in court, mediations, and depositions.
- Negotiate and finalize settlements.
- Stay abreast of family law statutes and case law.
- Collaborate with a dedicated, supportive legal team.
- Consistently deliver results and meet deadlines.
