A well-established law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney in Charlotte, NC, to lead family law cases with a collaborative legal team. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in NC Family Law and possess a JD from an accredited law school along with an active North Carolina Bar license. Responsibilities

Advocate for clients in court, mediations, and depositions.
Negotiate and finalize settlements.
