Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience or training in the building construction trades, or building maintenance or repair of mechanical equipment, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and equipment repairs, including basic electrical, carpentry, automotive, and appliance work.
• Inspect equipment to identify repair needs and ensure proper function.
• Operate heavy-duty vehicles and equipment essential to operations.
• Replace parts and adjust systems to maintain operation.
• Maintain campus grounds, lawn care, landscaping.
• Perform custodial and sanitation tasks to keep facilities clean.
• Interact professionally with staff and the public.
• Complete additional assignments as directed by supervisors.
