Comfort Keepers group is seeking caring caregivers to support seniors in Huntington Beach and surrounding areas. The role involves empathetic companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Flexible part-time and full-time shifts are available, with on-site home care in multiple locations. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, HCA registration if possible, and a valid driver's license with insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• HCA Registered license highly preferred
• Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance and reliable vehicle required
• Submit to Criminal Background Investigation and Motor Vehicle Driving Record
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening required
• Caregiving Experience preferred
• Willingness To Learn and adapt to home-care routines
• Part Time Availability for shifts

Responsabilités

• Establish open communication and develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
• Assist with daily tasks such as meals, light housekeeping, errands, and accompanying to appointments
• Assist with showers, bathing, dressing, and toileting as needed
• Assist with transfers and mobility
• Encourage activity and maintain a positive attitude
• Document care activities using cell phone technology
• Maintain a trusting and comforting home environment

Caregiver Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a trusting and comforting environment in the home
