• Experience drafting in WealthCounsel or similar software.
• Proficiency with office software and legal practice tools.
• Licensed notary public (or ability to be licensed).

Responsibilities

• Draft estate planning documents in WealthCounsel and support attorneys.
• Manage probate and trust administration cases from start to finish.
• Develop systems/workflows to expand probate services.
• Assist Client Services Director with notarization during signings.
