Job summary

Nutex Health, Inc. is seeking an Emergency Department RN with at least 2 years of ER experience and inpatient exposure for the East Valley ER in Phoenix-Chandler. This demanding role requires rapid assessment, triage, and decisive care.

You will triage, administer medications, supervise ER staff, and collaborate with physicians to plan patient care while upholding infection control and safety standards in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of emergency room experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Licensure with the State Board of Nurse Examiners for their state.
• Current BCLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC preferred.
• Educational requirements appropriate for age-specific emergency care.
• English reading/writing/speaking fluency.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment and triage to determine urgency.
• Provide emergency care to patients of all ages.
• Administer medications with attention to the five rights.
• Supervise ER Technicians and other staff for efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.
