Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management in Minnesota is seeking reliable Heavy Equipment Operators to join our snow removal team. You will operate front-end loaders, tractors, skid steers, and other snow-removal equipment to clear snow from parking lots and roads during winter events.

We offer seasonal winter work with competitive pay, ranging from $25 to $45 per hour, DOE. Join a hardworking, team-oriented crew and enjoy plenty of hours when snow hits the Twin Cities area.

Qualifications

• Previous heavy equipment or snow removal experience.
• Experience operating one or more of the listed machines.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Safety-minded with a strong work ethic.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Clearing snow from parking lots, driveways, roads, and commercial properties.
• Operating loaders, tractors, skid steers, and other snow-removal equipment.
• Loading, pushing, piling, and relocating snow.
• Performing basic equipment checks and reporting maintenance concerns.
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a winter snow crew.
• Responding to snow events, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

NOW HIRING: SNOW HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS

Minnesota winters don’t mess around — and neither do we! We’re gearing up for another Minnesota snow season and looking for reliable, experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our snow removal team. If you know your way around a machine, don’t mind working when the snow starts flying, and take pride in getting the job done right — we want you on our team!

EQUIPMENT OPERATORS NEEDED

• Front-End Loader Operators
• Tractor Operators
• Skid Steer Operators
• Small Equipment Operators

THE JOB

You’ll help keep the Twin Cities moving during snow and winter weather events. Duties may include:

• Clearing snow from parking lots, driveways, roads, and commercial properties
• Operating loaders, tractors, skid steers, and other snow-removal equipment
• Loading, pushing, piling, and relocating snow
• Performing basic equipment checks and reporting maintenance concernsli>
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a winter snow crew
• Responding to snow events, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts

What We’re Looking For

• Previous heavy equipment or snow removal experience
• Experience operating one or more of the machines listed above
• Reliable and dependable
• Safety-minded with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in real Minnesota winter weather
• Flexible availability, primarily overnight, during snow events
• Valid driver's license
• Autorized to work in the US
