Westfield Electroplating Company (WEPCO) seeks an experienced electroplater for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. The role requires solid knowledge of electroplating techniques, ability to read blueprints, and precision with inspection tools.

Experienced Electroplater (1st, 2nd or 3rd Shifts)

Westfield Electroplating Company (WEPCO) is looking for a skilled, experienced electroplater to join our team. We currently have openings on all three shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd). Qualified candidates should possess solid knowledge of electroplating techniques and processes.

Join the WEPCO team and earn a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus, paid as follows:

• $500 – 2nd paycheck
• $1,000 – After 6 months of employment
• $1,000– After 1 year of employment

Applicants must be familiar with industry processes and standards. Good verbal and written communication skills are required. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electroplating processes
• 2+ years of electroplating experience preferred
• Ability to use micrometers to verify thicknesses
• Competency in basic math and the ability to calculate the surface area of standard shapes
• Ability to handle delicate parts without causing damage
• Ability to understand basic blueprints and drawingsStrong willingness and ability to read, learn, and follow established processes and procedures

Pay Rate & Benefits

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

• $500 on the employee's 2nd paycheck
