Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports patients with daily living tasks and progressive mobility under supervision.
• Assesses nutrition, hydration, and elimination to anticipate needs.
• Assists with admissions, transfers, and discharges per plan of care.
• Assists with elimination needs, including ostomy care and catheters.
• Maintains unit inventories and a clean, safe environment.
• Checks fall risk armbands, socks, and signage for safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
