Job summary

EFFRAIM HOME CARE AGENCY LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a part-time evening shift in the 73rd Ave Area.

You will provide direct care and supervision to individuals with IDD, assist with daily living activities, support community participation, and document services while following care plans and communicating with the team and families.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong communication and caregiving skills are essential.
• Reliable, patient, and professional attitude is expected.
• Ability to pass background checks and clearances.
