You'll specialize in taping, mudding, sanding, and custom drywall finishes, often in older homes requiring plaster work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform drywall finishing duties including taping, mudding, sanding, and skim coating
• Execute custom drywall work in remodeling and restoration environments
• Apply and repair plaster surfaces, especially in older homes
• Maintain a clean, safe job site with high attention to detail
• Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, and other trades
• Occasionally assist with general carpentry and framing tasks if skilled
• Travel to job sites across the region using company vehicle or mileage reimbursement
• Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• Minimum5 years of drywall finishing experience, including taping, sanding, and texture matching
• Strong plaster experience preferred
• Experience with remodeling and insurance-related repair work
• Ability to read drawings and follow detailed specifications
• Self-starter with excellent time management and job site independence
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, ladder work)
• Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule:
