The role involves 14-day rotations and 12-hour shifts outdoors, with starting pay detailed for each position, per diem and Texas-style housing accommodations, and health, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of drilling rig experience as Floorhand, Motorhand, or Derrickhand.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
• Must pass physical fitness test and drug/alcohol screening.
• Able to handle 14-day rotations and 12-hour shifts outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to embrace Precision’s safety culture and operating principles.
