Job summary

Precision Drilling is hiring experienced Floorhands, Motorhands, and Derrickhands to support operations in our West Texas division. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, you could join the Precision Family and contribute to safe, high-performance drilling.

We offer starting pay of $28.50/hr for Floorhands, $30.11/hr for Motorhands, and $34.07/hr for Derrickhands, with steady overtime, per diem, Texas-style housing, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of drilling rig experience as Floorhand, Motorhand or Derrickhand.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
• Must pass a physical fitness test and drug/alcohol screening.
• Able to handle 14-day rotations and 12-hour shifts outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Willingness to embrace Precision’s safety culture and operating principles.
