Job summary

Hoopaugh Grading Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to join its team in the Charlotte, NC area. You will work under a foreman or superintendent, operate dozer safely, level material, read grade stakes, and communicate professionally on site.

This role requires availability Monday through Friday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, with Saturdays as needed, and may involve travel within the local radius. Expect pre-employment drug/background screening and a commitment to HGC’s safety standards and

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience operating a dozer.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozer in a skilled and safe manner per safety policies.
• Level material, move rock or debris, and work slopes.
• Drive dozer in passes to achieve specified grade.
• Read and interpret grade stakes on site.
• Attend training at HGC Academy.
