Job summary

Allied Development Group is seeking an experienced Dozer Operator in Central Ohio. The role requires 3–5 years of dozer operation on commercial and site development projects, with GPS experience a plus.

You will read blueprints, perform grading and trenching, and work closely with foremen and crews to meet project specs while maintaining safety standards. This full-time on-site position emphasizes reliable attendance, teamwork, and the ability to operate multiple heavy machines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience operating a bulldozer.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, utility or site development projects preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred but not required.
• Ability to read construction drawings and grade stakes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate bulldozers and hydraulic excavators; GPS is a plus.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling and material handling.
• Read blueprints, grade stakes and site plans; work with foremen and crews.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance needs.
