Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Mentor, OH is seeking an experienced Loading Dock / Commercial & Industrial Door Technician to join their team. The role involves servicing, troubleshooting, and installing commercial or industrial doors and loading dock equipment, with hands-on training and manufacturer instruction as part of ongoing development.

You will work alongside seasoned technicians, handling service orders, and contributing to safe, efficient client site operations.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, or installing commercial/residential door or loading dock equipment.
• At least 2 years of welding, electrical troubleshooting, or field service experience.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Receive and complete daily service work orders.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial door systems.
• Install commercial doors, loading dock equipment, and related products.
• Perform preventative maintenance and field service work.
