Job summary

Texas Pride Fuels is seeking a Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator to orchestrate fuel product distribution from our Springtown, TX headquarters. In this full-time role, you will manage dispatch, coordinate with drivers and vendors, and uphold safety standards using GPS tracking and real-time data feeds.

Ideal candidates have proven dispatch experience, strong communication, and a knack for process improvement. The position offers a 4-day on, 3-day off schedule with 10–12 hour shifts, and benefits

Qualifications

Who We Are:

Texas Pride Fuels is an experienced full-service diesel and lubricant supplier to the oil and gas industry. We specialize in on-site automated frac fueling service all over Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico.

What You'll Do:

The Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator will ensure the efficient and safe distribution of fuel products to our valued customers by utilizing strong organizational skills, real-time monitoring capabilities, and effective communication with company drivers and vendors.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have sufficient experience in the efficient dispatching of commercial vehicles and the movement of product to customer locations utilizing GPS tracking technology and real-time data feeds. This will require the ideal candidate to establish strong communication with customers, enforce adherence to company safety regulations and best practices, maintain accurate records, collaborate with company drivers and related departmental staff, and identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency.

When and Where You'll Work:

This is a full time position that will work at our corporate headquarters in Springtown, TX and will work a 4 day on and 3 day off schedule, typically 10-12 hour shifts.

What We Offer:

• Starting hourly rate$20-$22/hour, commensuratewith experience.
• Overtime pay for hours over 40 each week.
