Job summary

Mister P Express, Inc. in Jeffersonville, Indiana, is seeking a dependable maintenance mechanic for our 2nd shift in our state-of-the-art facility.

You will maintain and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure accurate paperwork and inspections to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires a current driver's license, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the initiative to handle breakdowns both on the road and in shop.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect all equipment as necessary
• Exercise good judgment when reviewing & repairing trucks & trailers
• Report any equipment concerns to shop.
• Perform Federal inspections
• Perform a PM (preventive maintenance)
• Complete all paperwork correctly & entered in Dossier
• Repair any & all equipment as needed
• Must keep a current driver’s license
• Handle breakdowns OTR & shop
• Other duties as assigned by management
