POSITION INFORMATION

Preferred background in MX, Cummins, and general truck knowledge, including A/C, electrical, drivetrain, and transmission.

Technicians diagnose, inspect, remove parts, perform warranty repairs, preventative maintenance, wiring, welding, and other repairs to provide excellent customer service.

This role reports to the Service Manager, involves 40 hours per week with potential overtime, and offers a flat rate compensation plan and monthly upsales bonuses.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of diesel truck service and diagnostics experience, mechanical aptitude, ability to operate tools safely, and good communication skills.

This physically demanding position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 70 pounds, and exposure to noise and fumes. Safety and professionalism are essential.
