Job summary

Eastern Truck & Trailer is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our shop team in Ohio. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and heavy equipment, using diagnostic software and tools to ensure peak performance.

The role requires strong diagnostic abilities, 4+ years' experience, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer competitive pay, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and retirement with company match.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of diesel technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with trucks, fleet vehicles or heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical and hydraulics.
• Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a shop environment.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
