Job summary

Arrow Construction seeks an experienced mechanic to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot/repair diesel and gas engines, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Welding/fabricator work is a plus.

The role involves inspecting and repairing diesel and gasoline-powered vehicles and machinery, diagnosing engine issues, and ensuring safety standards are met. Drug testing and background checks may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanic for diesel and gasoline engines and related systems.
• Ability to diagnose engine issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair diesel and gasoline-powered vehicles and machinery.
• Diagnose engine issues and perform preventive maintenance like oil and filter changes.
• Repair systems including brakes, steering, transmissions and fuel systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems and ensure safety compliance.
