Job summary

MPP in Rockwood, TN is seeking experienced Die Setters who can read blueprints, set up press machines and select the correct tooling and dies for each job. You will perform quality checks with precision measuring tools and use micrometers and calipers as needed.

Candidates should be mechanically inclined, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and learn quickly; full training will be provided. Forklift experience and basic computer skills are a plus in our manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Read blueprint layouts to determine die and tooling requirements for each job.
• Perform setup of press machines and select appropriate tooling and dies.
• Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers & calipers) for quality checks.
