Gresham Subaru in Gresham, OR is seeking an Experienced Detailer to join our Service Team. This role performs interior and exterior detailing, prepares vehicles for delivery, and ensures showroom readiness with attention to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive detailing experience.
• Experience detailing new and pre-owned vehicles in a dealership or high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior and exterior detailing techniques.
• Experience with paint correction, polishing, and machine buffers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete interior and exterior detailing of new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, showroom display, and customer pickup.
• Wash, vacuum, shampoo, wax, polish, and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Perform paint correction and buffing as needed to dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns prior to detailing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized detailing area.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.
• Work closely with service and sales departments to meet vehicle readiness deadlines.
