Job summary

Tramonto Dental Group in Phoenix is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care. You will help gather consent, assist during procedures, and maintain a welcoming, clean clinical environment with a focus on comfort and safety.

The role includes taking X-rays and intra-oral photos when directed, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring compliance with ADA/OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with ADA guidelines and regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc.).

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience®. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)
