Festival Dental Group and Orthodontics is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists and provide exceptional patient care. You will assist with treatments, take and process x-rays and intra-oral images, and help maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming clinical environment for patients.

Qualifications

• Experience or certification as Dental Assistant preferred.
• Familiarity with dental imaging and sterilization protocols.

• Assist the dentist to obtain patient commitment for treatment.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and perform x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories following ADA/OSHA guidelines and regulations.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience®. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)
