Northeast Gilbert Dentistry is seeking a Dental Assistant to join a team focused on delivering the Perfect Patient Experience®. You will support the dentist, maintain a welcoming, sterile environment, and assist with patient imaging as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Assistant or similar clinical support role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and operatories according to ADA/OSHA guidelines.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience®. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)
