Job summary

Crossroads Dental Group in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to support the dentist, gain patient commitment for optimal treatment, and help create the Perfect Patient Experience.

You will maintain a clean, sterile environment and perform x-rays and intra-oral pictures under dentist direction while adhering to ADA and state/federal regulations.

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist.

Responsibilities

• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with ADA guidelines while complying with State, Federal and other regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, etc).
• Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience. As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

Compensation Information

$18.00-$25.25 / Hourly
