Medpace, a Cincinnati-based global CRO, is seeking an Analytics Manager (AI+BI) to partner with leaders across business and IT to deliver analytics solutions that unlock value.

You will mentor analysts, shape analytics best practices, and lead end-to-end initiatives in data, BI and AI, while guiding teams through change in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Computer Science or similar.
• 5+ years in enterprise data and analytics roles.
• Experience with Microsoft and Snowflake tech stacks (preferred).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum (preferred).

Responsibilities
