DURRETT STABLES LLC is seeking an experienced Crew Lead to supervise a team of about 15 employees, driving safe, efficient production in a heavy industrial environment.

You will mentor operators, troubleshoot equipment, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with plant leadership to meet daily goals.

This role offers competitive hourly pay of $31-$34, company-paid benefits, a monthly bonus, and 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have previous leadership or supervisory experience in mining, aggregates, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills are required.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

Mining, Aggregate, or Heavy Industrial Leadership Experience is Preferred.

We're looking for a motivated Crew Lead to help lead our mining operations and keep production running safely and efficiently. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and driving results in a fast-paced industrial environment, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.

As a Crew Lead, you'll supervise a team of approximately 15 employees, promote a strong safety culture, and work alongside operations to ensure production goals are met while maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
