Job summary

Independence TX LLC is seeking aHands-on Crew Lead to supervise a mining operations team of about 15, driving safety and efficiency on a 12-hour shift schedule. You will mentor operators, resolve equipment issues, and coordinate with plant leadership to meet daily goals while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Mining, Aggregate, or Heavy Industrial Leadership Experience is Preferred.

We're looking for a motivated Crew Lead to help lead our mining operations and keep production running safely and efficiently. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and driving results in a fast-paced industrial environment, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.

As a Crew Lead, you'll supervise a team of approximately 15 employees, promote a strong safety culture, and work alongside operations to ensure production goals are met while maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
