Job summary

Monogram Foods Bristol is seeking an experienced Warehouse Crane Operator to safely operate automated crane systems in a high-rise freezer warehouse. You will move pallets, retrieve and store finished goods, and maintain inventory accuracy while following strict safety and food safety procedures.

The role requires proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team with flexibility for overtime on 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or crane/forklift is preferred.
• Ability to learn warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate crane systems to move pallets vertically and horizontally within racking.
• Retrieve, store, and relocate finished goods per inventory procedures.
• Use RF scanners, WMS, radios, and worksheets as required.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and report deficiencies.
• Verify sensors, lighting, emergency stop, and safety equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation.
• Communicate crane movements with forklift operators and supervisors.
• Follow crane-zone communication rules and stop operations if unsafe.
