Job summary

Monogram Foods seeks an experienced Warehouse Crane Operator for our Bristol, IN freezer warehouse. You will safely operate automated crane systems to store, retrieve, and transport goods while maintaining strict safety and food-safety standards.

You will use RF scanners and warehouse systems, perform pre-shift inspections, and work with forklift operators and supervisors to optimize inventory and productivity. This role requires attention to detail and commitment to safe operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a freezer environment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or crane/forklift roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse crane systems to move pallets within racking locations.
• Retrieve, store and relocate finished goods according to inventory procedures.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and report deficiencies.
• Ensure sensors, lighting, emergency stops and safety devices are functional.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation.
• Communicate crane movements and storage locations with team members.
• Follow crane-zone communication rules and stop work if unsafe conditions arise.
