Job summary

Delorie Countertops & Doors, Inc. in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking an experienced countertop installer for laminate and solid surface countertops. This full-time, year-round role offers steady work with an established local company.

Responsibilities include measuring, fitting, seaming, cutting and finishing countertops, reading drawings, and maintaining a clean job site; you will work Monday–Friday with paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Countertop installation experience required.
• Laminate and solid surface experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements, layouts and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install laminate and solid surface countertops.
• Fit, level, seam, secure, and finish countertops.
• Complete sink/cooktop cutouts and backsplashes.
• Read measurements, layouts, and drawings.
• Make field adjustments and solve installation challenges.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, professional job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
