Job summary

Delorie Countertops & Doors, Inc. in Vero Beach, FL is hiring a Countertop Installer Helper with no experience required. You’ll work with an experienced Lead Installer and receive paid on-the-job training to learn how to install custom countertops.

Qualifications

• No experience required; right attitude matters.
• Experience in hands-on roles is helpful (construction, carpentry, cabinet installation, flooring, remodeling, landscaping, warehouse, moving, general labor).
• Must be reliable, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Installer with countertop installations.
• Load, unload, carry, and position countertop materials.
• Measure, level, secure, and finish countertops.
• Learn to safely use hand and power tools.
• Protect floors and customer property.
• Keep the job site clean and organized.
• Work professionally in customers' homes.
• Follow instructions and work safely.
• Help complete installations efficiently.
