Job summary

Countertop Supply in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Solid Surface Fabricator for our production team. This full-time role focuses on solid surface materials (Corian, Hi-Macs, Wilsonart) with stone and laminate fabrication as a plus.

You will fabricate countertops, perform sink cutouts, interpret shop drawings, operate routers and sanders, inspect finished tops, and ensure warranty compliance. A clean background is required; we value accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fabricate countertops from solid surface material, including cutting, seaming, edge profiling, and finishing.


• Perform sink cutouts, seam preparation (butt, serpentine, mitered), and edge treatments per job specifications.


• Interpret shop drawings and templates to ensure accurate fabrication.


• Use routers, sanders, and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.


• Inspect finished tops for quality and prepare for delivery or installation.


• Follow established company fabrication standards and warranty requirements (e.g., 1.5\" inside radius on mitered seams for warranty compliance).


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
