We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with a portable book of business to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional who excels in mergers & acquisitions, new business formation, business dissolution, contract drafting & review, and providing strategic business counsel.

As a key legal advisor, you will work closely with clients, delivering practical solutions and guidance to support their business operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate attorney looking to grow within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, business formation, and dissolution.

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.

- Provide strategic business advice to corporate clients.

- Manage complex legal matters with a keen focus on risk assessment and mitigation.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand legal services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business success.

Qualifications:

- J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in Georgia.

- Proven experience in corporate law, transactional matters, and advising businesses.

- Established portable book of business.

- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
