Job summary

AIMRIGHT Testing & Engineering is expanding and hiring Experienced CMT Technicians who are ready to relocate to Tulsa, OK. The role includes field testing, inspections, and documentation with a company-provided truck and relocation support.

Compensation ranges from $22 to $35 per hour plus overtime and performance bonuses. A clear development path and paid training are offered, along with certifications such as ACI, DOT, NICET, and PTI.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Construction Materials Testing (CMT).
• Portable Nuclear Gauge Safety Training is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing, inspections, and observations on soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, mortar, asphalt, and reinforcing steel across residential, retail, commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.
• Drive to job sites daily in a company-provided truck; ensure compliance with project specs and standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Accurately document test results and communicate findings with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Work safely in all weather; lift 25–100 lbs and be prepared for early mornings, nights, or weekends.
• Support obtaining additional industry certifications (ACI, DOT, NICET, PTI) as encouraged by AIMRIGHT.

What You’ll Do

Schedule
