Pay and Advancement

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + overtime
Company truck provided upon promotion to Engineering Technician 1
Career path to Engineering Technician & Special Inspector ($35/hr)

Expected Hours: 40 – 50 per week

What You’ll Do

• Perform field testing and inspections of soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, mortar, asphalt, and reinforcing steel on active job sites
• Learn how to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Travel daily in a company-provided truck (once promoted to Engineering Technician 1) to various project sites
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physical tasks (lifting 50–100 lbs, standing, squatting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods)
• Accurately document test results and communicate findings to project managers and site personnel
• Engage as part of a team, solving challenges and supporting construction projects
